Who We Are
In 2022 Raphael Parks founded FR33 Lunch Non-profit Inc., to Enrich, Nourish and Empower the Youth of underserved communities. FR33 Lunch is a registered non-profit organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
Our Vision is to embody the spirit of My Grandmother, Wynetta Parks who served as the Free Lunch Lady for 50 years, at the Persephone Moultrie Community Center of Ten Mile Hill, North Charleston, SC. “Mother Parks” not only nurtured the bodies, but also nourished the young souls of the underprivileged children of our community.
Therefore, our Mission is to continue Her Legacy, by Literally & Figuratively feeding impoverished communities. Food for the Mind, Body as well as the Soul because “Man shall not Live By Bread Alone.” (Matthew 4:4)
